Major project digitalising a look
In this post i will explain how i digitalised a look and the process of how i edited it and managed to train on how to edit and digitalise my collection. I used look 2 as an example as it shows the contrast of using one colour to create many. The software i used for this project is called photopea.
This is the example for look 6 and was overall what i did for every look which was to outline first.
The first step was to set the colour which was black hence i had to find it in the colour chart. Then i chose the brush tool and set it to hard mechanical brush and chose size 5 to do the outline first and opacity 100%. I zoomed in from time to time to fix rookie mistakes by choosing the white colour and changing the brush to 2px and opacity 100%. Then i changed the brush size to 54 to do the most filling in and then to 24 to do the hand parts and then to 3 to fix the neck and hand details.
This was the result.
Then i moved onto the inner part of the tights and step 1 was to change the colour to grey black and reduce the opacity to 61% and step 2 to change the type of brush to soft mechanical and step 3 to change the size to 24px and then to size 80px to fill them in. For the outer part of the tights i set it to opacity 61% foe the in between parts and opacity 79% for the bows.
For the shoes i changed the size to 38px, brush mode to big marker 01 and opacity 91% and filled them in.
For the bag i set the mode to big marker 02 and changed the colour to black and then the size to 9px and opacity 91%. For the gold chain of the bag i chose the colour which seemed more similar to gold which was a deep yellow and followed the same protocol as the bag. For the bandana i used mode sketching hard, size 7px and opacity 91%.
