Set project:making my logo

 Today, I decided to create a logo for my brand in order to add it to my flipbook when my digital collection about wildfires is finished. A reason why i decided to create a logo is for my work to seem more professional but also avoid theft of my work.

I used Looka to generate my logo.

Going into looka, one has to enter their company name and slogan if desired. Then one has to choose the themes which he or she liked and then 5 symbols in order to generate them into the template. 

I then chose this template as i found it interesting and edgy liked my collection and also chose the woman on top as i find it empowering and also because i am a woman! The other options were also interesting but i found this template more appealing.

I firstly began by reducing the size of the symbol to 0.60 as the part of the logo which i desired to stand out more was my name "EVE" for evelina which is also the name of my brand.

After reducing the size of the symbol i enlarged the "EVE" to 1.20 in order for it to be visible on the end of each page of the flipbook.

I then browsed through the palette options and chose the one indicated below. I chose black as i find it relevant to the theme of my collection which is wildfires and black is relevant to the last part of the collection which is devastation hence black hues. 

I then changed the colour of the symbol and made it black metallic in order to not draw attention and still have an overall black hue.

I also then changed the colour of the text to black metallic too.

This is the final product:

I will be using it on each page of the flipbook and also on the last page. I enjoyed making it as it was an easy and quick task and came out neat.
