Costumer Profile

 

This was the costumer profile I did on Francisco (my classmate). As the profile has indicated he is a male student which will study product design and likes to do high street shopping on fashion items and shops frequently and is an impulse and investigative buyer. He likes clothes which are baggy and fit his fashion tastes without being necessarily up to date and enjoys clothes being high quality, having a good fit and being affordable. He enjoys sales and personalised experiences along with his experiences being online. Due to Francisco though being at Leicester in the moment I am not sure the summery clothes would be weather appropriate. In addition in order for my collection to be suitable for a buyer like Francisco he would have to be a female. If we took Francisco as a female, to fit his needs in this case her needs if he was a woman I would have to consider location which is in leicester hence change the whole collection, the age would be appropriate, the annual income would be ideal if 200 to 300 pounds a week are spend as my collection will be affordable, the education I believe is ideal as he is a student, the behaviour fits as clothes are bought often and both impulse and investigative shopper traits are spotted. For the goals I would have to change my collection to baggy and also in order to fit the tastes of Francisco I would not be able to do that as ones tastes differ from one another, the pain points are ideal as my collection is affordable, high quality and have a good fit which complement the body. The motivations are also a bit of irrelevant as this is a collection but if they were to be made relevant I would give off sale offers and a personalised experience such as offering a personalised item that fits his tastes. In addition I would make my lookbook online as it will be and provide personalisation. 

Francisco for me was the ideal costumer due to the traits he has but he would have to be a female to buy.
