Project Development: Let's get to work!

This Blog post is about project development. For my project development I wanted to try to experiment on graphics even further and I wanted to experiment with watercolours. Initially I wanted to do it with bleach on a piece of fabric but I did not have neither due to lockdown restrictions. In the end though after working with paint in this case watercolours I liked it so much that I even thought of substituting bleach in my 3D work with black fabric paint in order to accentuate the theme ultimate black even more and I am still pending on that idea.

Below are the graphics with and without watercolours:

I really liked these sketches especially the watercolours as they really come to life and this is what I want to accentuated with my collection:living life.
I then did some more abstract shoe sketches to test the flow of my hand and express different shoe designs using my left hand to challenge myself.
I then progressed to create some abstract small pieces. These pieces were made that way on purpose as I layered the watercolour background in order to wet it and make it soft to see how steady my hand will be on a piece of fabric which is soft.
The results are shown below and it was a mild challenge.
